Im in the market for a car. Of course Im looking to finance it. I was curious to see what kind of interest rates some of you may have locked in with a credit score between 720-850. About 18-23k financed for 72 months.

Can you get a personal loan for 4 or 5 years? If the loan will be be used for home improvement is it best to get that type of loan? Just need help in making a decision. Specific advice requested.

Like a 10-year fixed versus a 5-year variable? Basically, what would be a prediction for interest rates over the next 5-10 years?
We may only live there for about 5 years or so and then upgrade, will that affect the decision?
